Cheslin Kolbe Salary

Cheslin Kolbe (born October 28, 1993) is a professional rugby union player from South Africa who now plays for the national side as well as Toulouse in the Top 14 in France. He usually plays on the flank, but he can also play fullback. He’s also played fly half for Toulouse in the top 14 recently. He is frequently referred to as the best rugby union player in the world.
Kolbe was a member of the South African Sevens squad that won bronze at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. He was a member of South Africa’s World Cup-winning team in 2019. He scored South Africa’s second try in the last minutes while playing right wing. Kolbe was nominated for 2019 World Rugby Player of the Year but lost to Pieter-Steph du Toit of South Africa.

Kolbe was a member of Horskool Brackenfell. From the Under-16 Grant Khomo Week in 2009 until the 2012 Under-21 Provincial Championship, he represented Western Province at several youth levels. In their Vodacom Cup match against Boland Cavaliers, he made his provincial first-class debut. A month later, he was named on the Stormers’ Super Rugby bench for their match against the Sharks.
He was a member of the Western Province squad that won the Currie Cup by defeating the Lions 19-16 in October 2014. He agreed to stay in Western Province for three years, till 2016. Kolbe transferred to Toulouse in the Top 14 for the 2017–2018 season. Kolbe made his test debut in 2018 and was instrumental in the Springboks’ victory.
